Salmon steaks | 2 |
Butter | 2 tbsp |
Lemon juice | 1 tbsp |

Fresh parsley | for garnish |
Pat the salmon steaks dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat until hot and foamy.
Place the salmon in the pan and sear for about 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
In the last minute, add lemon juice and baste the salmon with the butter from the pan.
Transfer to a plate, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
