Spring roll wrappers | 10 |
Cabbage (shredded) | 1 cup |
Carrots (shredded) | 1/2 cup |
Glass noodles | 1/2 cup cooked |
Soy sauce | 2 tbsp |
Oil | for frying |
Prepare vegetables and noodles.
Stir-fry veggies with soy sauce until softened. Let cool.
Place filling in wrappers and roll tightly.
Heat oil and fry rolls until golden brown.
Drain excess oil and serve hot with dipping sauce.
