Eggs | 6 large |
Mayonnaise | 3 tbsp |
Mustard | 1 tsp |
White vinegar | 1 tsp |
Salt & pepper | to taste |
Paprika | for garnish |
Boil eggs for 10–12 minutes. Cool, peel, and slice in half.
Remove yolks and mash in a bowl.
Mix yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites.
Sprinkle with paprika and chill before serving.
